Arriving at MEM

1. Collect your bags at baggage claim.
2. Go to the lower level and walk to the third lane out from the building.
3. Wait at Column 14 (Yellow).

Shuttles run every 30 minutes, at the top and bottom of each hour, from 7:30 AM to 9:30 PM, every day.

Heading to the airport

Your advance reservation guarantees your ride from the hotel to the airport. We recommend leaving your hotel 2 hours before your flight, and we confirm your exact pickup time with you.

Good to know before you ride

Luggage

Three average-size pieces per person, as per airline specifications. Oversized or additional luggage is subject to an additional fee. Equipment and oversized items are not allowed.

Child seats

Passengers must bring their own child safety seat for children under five feet tall or under 6 years of age.

Accessible vehicles

Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available and need 5 days notice.

Payment

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover, and you may pay cash on site at any time.

Refunds

Prepaid shuttle tickets are non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost or unused tickets.

Daily, 7:30 AM to 9:30 PM, seven days a week.
